I build this car for a friend he got the
body from a guy who use it back in the 60's as a slot car. I wish I had taken
photo's of it before I started on it. It was in bad shape it took a lot of
body work.

I was going to put a super charger on it
but it didn't look right so I put a pro stock hood scoop and rear wing on
it. I painted black but it looked like it needed something else on it.

This was my first time to use a air brush
so I use a water base paint that way if I messed up I could wash it off.
I also hand lettered the car with the same paint.

The chassis is a Parma hole shot with a pro
slot S 16 D with a 9/32 gearing Pro Track wheels. The car is very heavy 190
Grams but it runs 1.30s at 33 MPH with almost no glue. It's a good bracket
car.

The owner is 67 years old and has never raced
slot cars till three months ago but he is hooked now I just finished a second
car for him and he wants another one.
